While at Otis, he served as a manager in manufacturing and held several positions in the quality organization. In 1986, Cliff joined Philip Crosby Associates, where he led the effort to introduce SPC and Statistical Thinking to their educational offering. In 1988, Cliff joined API and moved to Austin, Texas.

Born in Zanesville, Ohio, in 1952, and raised in South Gate, California, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Los Angeles and a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills. He is a member of the American Society for Quality, and is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). He has also been active in Junior Achievement as an advisor and corporate administrator. Born in Salem, Oregon, Jane grew up in the Midwest as the daughter of teachers/administrators, going to schools in Missouri, Kentucky, Iowa and Florida.  She has been a chapter officer for the American Society for Quality, and was certified as a Quality Engineer (CQE). She was also an advisor in Junior Achievement. Married to her husband, Cliff, they have five daughters (ages 18-28) and three grandchildren.  They currently reside near Austin, Texas. Michael L. Patterson, Ed.D.

Betsy N. Riley

Yedda Trawick

Yedda Trawick has worked in the health care industry for over 12 years.  She began her career in health care at a not for profit hospital after she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Southern Mississippi’s School of Accountancy and Information Systems. Before joining CareOregon, she worked as both a business and technical consultant for health care payers in Indiana , Mississippi and Oregon. She also was a Director of IT for a managed care health plan overseeing system conversions and implementations. She has also has experience in industries other than health care that include serving as the Internal Auditor for an ISO 9001 testing laboratory, managing and training staff for a large Call Center, and shipbuilding industry. In her current role at CareOregon, she guides teams and individuals in making changes that result in improvement to processes. Lisa Woods

woodsl.gifAs the Chief Operating Officer for CG Industrial Specialties, Lisa Woods has supported this company’s growth since she started in the early 90’s.  Her climb through this organization that was founded in 1980 in Vancouver, BC, Canada has been an asset to all. Her exemplary communication, problem solving and project management skills have all been supported and enhanced by the Executive Coaching process and sustained by the SDI. The original business model had CGIS supplying manual valves, filters and gaskets to the Pulp and Paper industry. They later developed expertise in the Mining, Smelting, Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries to become the supplier of the world’s best valves.
