In 1971, Dr. Elias H. Porter began this journey to bring better relationships to the masses. It was the year he founded Personal Strengths Assessment Services to harness the growing interest and success of his theory of Relationship Awareness and Strength Deployment Inventory. 40 years later, Porter's dream is growing strong with offices around the world and his work translated in over 20 languages. Help us celebrate this exciting milestone by joining us for our 40th Anniversary Gala dinner and retrospective.
